Thank you to everyone who entered our #DSMDateNight giveaway! We were so touched by the outpouring of sweet photos and love stories. Almost 300 of you shared pictures of your dates, friends, partners and loved ones! We’re glad it was a random drawing- we would never have been able to pick our favorites out of so many good entries.

We’ve done all the planning for you and already have your hotel and dinner reserved, all you have to do is choose from one of the restaurants we’ve booked! We even have parking covered for you at the hotel!

- Like the Facebook post announcing the giveaway
- Comment below and tag the person you’re bringing with you
- Share your favorite photo of the two of you
The contest will be open until 8am on Wednesday, 2/5. Two winners will be randomly selected and notified via Facebook Messenger on Wednesday, 2/5. If the initial winners do not claim their prizes within 24 hours of being notified, their prizes are forfeit and we will select new winners.
How to Enter #DSMDateNight & Giveaway Rules
From January 28 to February 5, we’ll be accepting entries via Facebook (one per person). Entrants must like the post announcing the giveaway and must comment on the giveaway post tagging the person they’d take with them and share a photo of the two of them.
On February 5 at 8am, the contest will close. We will randomly select two winners from the comments and verify that they have completed all necessary steps. We will contact the winners and announce them on the Century 21 Signature Real Estate Facebook page!
Winners must be at last 21 years of age.

CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate 2020 DSM Date Night Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BUSINESS OR EMPLOY WITH CENTURY 21 SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to those who like, comment and share a photo on the original Giveaway Facebook post and who are at least 21 years of age. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents and is void where prohibited by law. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
- Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted via qualified Facebook post comments (qualified post requirements outlined in the first rule), starting on January 27, 2020, and ending Febraury 5, 2020, at 8:00am CST.
- How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry in comment reply to the original Giveaway Facebook post. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate. One entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate.
- Prizes: The Winner of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive a 1-night stay at the Renaissance Des Moines Savery hotel, parking for one day at the hotel and a $100 gift card. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes an on-site project all access waiver for project progression videography production (completed product of which CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate will own and use freely for advertising purposes) and permission for CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate to use Winner’s name, likeness, and Giveaway entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Valid Giveaway entries must be submitted to Facebook beginning on January 27, 2020, when the Giveaway post is shared and ending February 5, 2020, at 8am CST. At close of entry period, two Giveaway entries will be randomly selected as the Winner(s). Winner(s) will be notified by Facebook message and public Facebook post on Wednesday, 2/5, following identification of Winner. CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. - Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND STATE OF IOWA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
